Manpower requirements line wise, Operator, Maintenance person schedule, check RM/PM availability. * Send daily production report. * PMS & SAP entry. * Maintain line efficiency & yield of the products. * Carrying out transactions in SAP RM/PM movemrnt,Material validation. * Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules * To attend the on line break-downs * Implementation of spare parts management * Co-ordination with quality & utility * Maintain the production records * Ensuring efficient and safe running of all machinery / equipments * Ensure GMP guidelines to be followed throughout the plant. * Ensure personnel hygiene and good housekeeping * To minimize the losses / wastages and to reduce downtime * To maintain the production records * Trouble shooting problems in Tetra Pak filling and DE equipments * To plan preventive maintenance and TPMS
