Sheet metal fabricator: - Role & Responsibilities
Interpret engineering drawings, measure meticulously and plan to reduce waste.
Mark cutting and bending lines including elbow, tee, insulation box, cap end etc.
Measure to prepare final cladding sheets request to be fabricated.
Ensure, nothing is pending for measurement and sketch drawing.
Set up & operate metal work machinery in workshop including roller, folder, former, cutter, brakes, drill and shears press.
Follow all safety regulations including the equipment's check list.
Maintaining logbooks record.
the non-conformance observations should be closed and get client approval.
