Skills
Familiarity with SharePoint Online modern lists branding and custom views
Understanding of document life cycle (version history, check in/out, required fields, etc.)
Demonstrate knowledge of SharePoint security from Web Application to Site Collection, to list/library, to individual items
Able to conceptualize how search works including managed metadata properties and common search controls used to create an out of the box search experience
