Sharepoint Developer

Responsibilities & Skills:

Experience in developing SharePoint applications using OOTB functionality as well as custom development using visual studio, C#, React and SPFx

Experience of SharePoint server side and client-side object model

Should have experience/exposure in SharePoint migration

Should have experience/exposure in Power Automate & Power Apps

Should have experience/exposure in .Net, C# and SQL Server

Should have good experience following patterns and practices suggested by Microsoft for SPFx development

Should have good knowledge of Responsive designs and integration with SharePoint

Experience in client interaction, understanding business application and business data flow.

Experience with all phases of the SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, deployments, and documentation

Good communication skills (Written and oral) to interact effectively with client

Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to take ownership and enthusiasm in the face of technical challenges

Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.

Desirable:

Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture

Understanding of performance engineering

Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques

Basic understanding of project domain

Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements

Ability to design and code complex programs

Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications

Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies

Awareness of latest technologies and trends

Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
