JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic SharePoint Developer with expertise in Power Apps to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement customized SharePoint solutions that enhance business processes, automate workflows, and improve collaboration across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SharePoint with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality. While the core focus will be SharePoint and Power Apps, the ability to build integrations and experience with website development will be a valuable asset in this role.
KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES
o Design and develop SharePoint sites, pages, and custom web parts.
o Customize SharePoint user experiences using SharePoint Designer, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
o Build and maintain lists, libraries, workflows, and document management systems.
o Develop custom Power Apps to automate key business processes and improve collaboration.
o Use Power Automate to automate workflows and connect SharePoint with other business platforms and third- party services.
o Optimize existing Power Apps and workflows for performance and usability.
o Build integrations between SharePoint and other internal/external systems using APIs or Power Automate.
o Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
o Manage and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
o Work closely with the internal team and the business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SharePoint and Power Apps solutions.
o Create and maintain technical documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, Power Apps, and workflow automation.
o Experience developing and deploying custom SharePoint solutions, including integrating Power Apps with other platforms.
o Experience integrating SharePoint with other systems using Power Automate, APIs, or other connectors.
o Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Designer.
o Expertise in Power Apps development and workflow automation with Power Automate.
o Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, and permissions.
o Strong knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular) is preferred but not required.
o Experience with APIs, REST services, and integrating multiple platforms.
o Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
