SharePoint Architect

Solution Understanding and Design:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer environments, workflows, and pain points.
Design innovative and customized SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to address customer challenges.
Create solution architectures, diagrams, and prototypes to demonstrate proposed solutions.

Technical Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to showcase SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.
Conduct live demonstrations of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, highlighting key features and benefits.
Tailor demonstrations to align with customer requirements and specific use cases.
Articulate the value proposition and return on investment of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Proposal Development and Documentation:
Collaborate with sales teams to develop comprehensive and accurate technical proposals.
Clearly document solution architectures, implementation plans, and project timelines.
Provide accurate cost estimates and resource requirements for proposed solutions.
Create visually appealing proposal materials and diagrams to support sales efforts.

Customer Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders during the presales process.
Engage in consultative discussions to understand customer challenges and requirements.
Provide expert advice and guidance on SharePoint and Power Platform best practices.
Address customer concerns and objections, positioning SharePoint and Power Platform as the optimal solution.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:
Collaborate closely with sales teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and business goals.
Support sales teams in preparing for customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Assist in creating sales strategies and positioning SharePoint and Power Platform solutions effectively.
Continuously update sales teams on the latest SharePoint and Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SharePoint and Power Platform Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including SharePoint Online (Office 365) and SharePoint Server.
Proficiency in Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Strong understanding of SharePoint and Power Platform integration capabilities and third-party connectors.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in delivering persuasive presales presentations and demonstrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map customer requirements to technical solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Relevant certifications in SharePoint and Power Platform, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, are a plus.
Experience on SharePoint 2013/2019 and SPOnline architecture, design, development and implementation experience
Experience with implementing best practice SharePoint 2019, SP Online information architectures, workflows and responsive applications
Should be able to design and implement solution on MS Teams using SPFX
