Job Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
- Implement and maintain security settings and user permissions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their collaboration and document management needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SharePoint solutions.
- Monitor SharePoint usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging SharePoint trends.
- Collaborate with IT team members to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with developers and administrators to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience with proven experience as a SharePoint Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint workflows, forms, and integration with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
