Job Description

Develop and implement automation solutions for SharePoint Online to optimize workflows and business processes.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create and maintain Power Automate flows, PowerShell scripts, and custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions.
Ensure the security and compliance of SharePoint Online solutions in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online automation-related issues.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users on automated solutions.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate SharePoint Online with other systems and applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SharePoint Online and automation technologies.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience working with SharePoint Online, including hands-on experience with automation tools.
Proficiency in Power Automate, PowerShell, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and security.
Experience with integrating SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good to have Microsoft 365 Certification: Teamwork Administrator Associate or similar certification.
Experience with other automation platforms such as Nintex or K2.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
