Shadow Trainer (Behaviour Therapist)

We are looking for smart people who believe in the power of transforming the lives of children with learning disorders ( ADHD, Autism, etc.) and adults. The job involves helping the child build self-confidence as well as to promote positive interaction in the classroom by helping him/ her focus on important concepts and overall development of social and behavioral skills and counseling adults via remote mode.

Work Responsibilities:

• Be present and assist the child during class hours.
• Improve communication and behavioral skills in social settings.
• Encourage him/her to ask for help from his/her teachers.
• Engaging the child in various activities of self-growth.
• Online counseling (Audio/Video/Chat).

Requirement:

• Minimum a Bachelors in Psychology or Social Work.
• Ability to function in an environment where there are many distractions.
• Good Communication Skills (written and verbal).
• Compassionate, empathetic and an understanding individual.

Salary: - 17,000-20,000 + incentives

Work Hours: Hybrid (5 day onsite and 1 day remote).

• Onsite- Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm (Upon selection, you will be placed in top schools across Bangalore).
• Remote- Saturday from 12 pm to 9 pm (Counseling via Audio,Video and Chat).
