Talent Management Process | - Support DH HR in planning and execution of Talent Management Process
- Coordinate Young Talent Council at unit level (Know your talent & grow your talent)
- Support identified talent pool employees for DAC process
- Facilitate the preparation of MDPs of talent pool members and monitoring of the implementation of MDPs. Organising MDP Check- Ins and monitoring on progress
- Ensure and facilitate development conversation of talent pool employees and managers
- Regular updation of Talent pool data

Organization Effectiveness and Development | - Coordinate and organise OD intervention at unit level as per the GHR, BHR and unit management such as Margdarshan, mandatory e-learning courses, CEP, professional membership, Reprsim, Job Rotation, Parivartan, Pragati etc
- Plan & conduct HR @ your desk, Usage of PingMe, USHA
- Plan and drive employee wellness programs
- Ensure implementation of various OE initiatives such as employee satisfaction, Vibes, Team Vibes, Voice, WB Satisfaction and analyse the result for action planning
- Drive suggestion scheme to generate new ideas
- Creating awareness on EVP pillars i.e. L&D, Career & Growth, R&R and enrich your life

SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives | - Implementation of board/unit level T&C guidelines and ensure timely monitoring of KPIS
- Identify and provide resources for internal Safety trainer development and organize trainer felicitation
- Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards/protocols and compliance of all applicable recommendations related to section
- Timely conducting self and team scheduled SO, CFSA round and reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in section in system or Off the site.
- To ensure walkthrough round and also ensure adherence to COVID precautions and guidelines issued by management time to time

Key Systems & Process Improvement / Institutionalisation | - To plan & execute timely ABOEF process activities in respective Section like 5S, BCE, hygiene, Model area, illumination, good maintenance practices, visual & Lubrication management, QCDIP performance, Kaizen, OPL, suggestions, improvement projects etc for internal customer satisfaction.
- Review HR process to identify gaps if any and recommend for continuous improvement
- Lead & implement People Management KFA and good practices in GRT
