Prodapt is seeking a Testing-Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for understanding, defining, and performing testing protocols to deliver client projects and suggesting remedies in case of failures in the testing environment. The candidate must be able to uphold Prodapt's winning values and work in a way that contributes to the company's vision.
Responsibilities
Primary Skills:
- Proficient in end-to-end Salesforce testing with 3-4 years of demonstrated experience.
- Well-versed in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
- Extensive background in Software Quality Engineering (QE) with a strong grasp of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes.
- Proficiency in Test Management Tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, XRAY, or ADO.
- Expertise in Salesforce Journey skills, including downstream application validation through comprehensive functional testing.
- Familiarity with API validations to ensure seamless data exchange with upstream/downstream systems.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate API automation scripts for end-to-end automation.
- Good in communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Secondary Skills:
- Strong understanding of UI automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Salesforce certifications would be considered a valuable asset.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and manipulation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in any field)
- MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science (Desired)
- Work experience of 4-6 years
- Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects (Desired)
- Knowledge of software testing, including test processes, artifacts, and deliverables, specialized in Salesforce testing.
- Telecom Domain - OSS/BSS knowledge
- Knowledge of JIRA, test management tools, and defect management tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Telecom.
