Settlement Engineer/Civil Engineer for romania (Europe)

Description

We are seeking a Settlement Engineer/Civil Engineer for our project in Romania (Europe). The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong background in engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform site investigations, soil testing, and analysis of data to determine soil characteristics and suitability for construction
• Design and analyze foundation systems for buildings, bridges, and other structures
• Perform settlement analysis to ensure structures are stable and safe
• Conduct slope stability analysis and design retaining walls
• Prepare technical reports and construction drawings
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical assistance during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications
• Ensure that all work complies with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and guidelines

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Experience with settlement analysis and design of foundation systems
• Experience with slope stability analysis and design of retaining walls
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and other engineering software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
