Overview
The ServiceNow with TPRM Experience role is crucial to our organization as it involves leveraging the ServiceNow platform to implement and maintain solutions that support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes. This position plays a key part in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization's supplier ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to support TPRM requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze TPRM process requirements
- Design and implement TPRM workflows and automation within the ServiceNow platform
- Integrate TPRM processes with other ServiceNow modules such as GRC and ITSM
- Provide technical expertise and support for TPRM-related initiatives and projects
- Create and maintain documentation for TPRM processes, procedures, and configurations
- Participate in TPRM governance meetings and contribute to risk assessments and remediation plans
- Train and support end-users on TPRM processes and ServiceNow functionalities
- Monitor and optimize TPRM-related performance and productivity metrics
- Stay updated with ServiceNow and TPRM industry best practices and trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Demonstrated experience in implementing TPRM solutions within ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles
- Knowledge of TPRM frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or Shared Assessments
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other third-party applications and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across various levels of the organization
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certifications in TPRM-related areas (e.g., Certified Third Party Risk Professional - CTPRP) is a plus
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices
- Experience in conducting TPRM vendor assessments and audits
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, or Python
