About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and talented
ServiceNow UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will leverage your strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNows ServicePortal to create exceptional user interfaces and experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom UI/UX interfaces within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on ServicePortal and related UI elements.
- Build and optimize responsive, user-centric designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ServiceNows UI Framework.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, intuitive UI/UX solutions.
- Implement ServiceNow widgets, pages, and other UI components with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Ensure high-quality design and coding standards are followed for consistency and scalability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs align with user needs and expectations.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate UI with server-side logic and APIs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow UI/UX components.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, development tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with strong expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proven experience developing and customizing ServicePortal in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow's UI Builder, widgets, and catalog items.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and its UI components.
- Expertise in front-end web development frameworks, such as AngularJS or React, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Solid experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Experience implementing responsive and mobile-friendly web designs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
