Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Role Overview
A ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable ServiceNow configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Develop and design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and implementation guides.
- Integration: Propose and implement integrations with other systems and tools as needed.
- Governance: Participate in and establish technical governance processes to ensure the quality and consistency of ServiceNow implementations.
- Performance Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances, proposing improvements to enhance the end-user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Foundation
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional) Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
