This role will support mid-large-scale ServiceNow projects across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
The ServiceNow Support Lead will perform the following:
Design, develop, and deliver enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
Involved in enhancements and development work on the ServiceNow platform according to the support project's needs.
Lead discussions, including gathering requirements, designing workflows, and configurations, and overseeing testing and deployment for support cases.
Manage ServiceNow platform maintenance and upgrades to ensure the platform is up to date-and functioning optimally.
Provide hands-on support for ServiceNow-related issues, incidents, and user inquiries.
Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve ServiceNow platform-related challenges.
Ensure timely response and resolution to support cases, maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support team members.
Handle the responsibility of all team members as a people manager and assist in achieving their goals.
Focal point for all high-priority support cases reported.
Arranging calls with clients to open issues and discuss process improvement.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
A minimum of 56 years of development experience with ServiceNow modules.
Expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities is required.
Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with customers about these topics.
Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.
Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML)
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile ways of working and development.

Certified as ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
Certified as ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in ITSM
