proficient in csm, itsm, cmdb, and itom modules within servicenow. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt technical skills strong skills in scripting javascript, glide api , servicenow platform administration, and workflow configuration. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt certifications servicenow certified system administrator csa required additional certifications in itsm, itom, or csm are preferred. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt communication skills strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt telecom industry experience prior experience in the telecom industry, especially with large-scale servicenow implementations, is a plus. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt servicenow administration oversee the configuration, administration, and enhancement of client s servicenow platform with a focus on csm, itsm, cmdb, and itom modules. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt techops support act as a primary support resource, troubleshooting and resolving servicenow issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring minimal downtime. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt process automation develop and implement automation solutions for workflows and processes within servicenow, enhancing operational efficiencies across itsm and itom processes. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt documentation amp reporting maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key servicenow metrics for client s leadership. lt /span gt lt /span gt lt /li gt lt li gt lt span gt lt span gt continuous improvement
