SPM ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow SPM (minimum 5+ year in ServiceNow):

Priority 1:

Strong Servicenow technical skills (JSON, API, Script include, Business rule)

Strong knowledge on all SPM processes (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, TimeSheet, ...)

Already used or implemented SPM in large organization

Oversee the project overall, including planning, resource coordination, tracking timelines and

budgets, as well as communication with stakeholders

Import / Extract data transformation (Data source, Transform map)

Know and use Agile methodologies in ServiceNow

Priority 2:

Performance Analytics

Reporting & KPI

Good communication oral and written

Certification SPM
