Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist/Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. You will be instrumental in configuring, administering, and enhancing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Must have knowledge in CMDB, Service Mapping, Discoveries , Mid Servers, HamPro
- Develop, test, and deploy new applications and modules within ServiceNow.
- Provide expert consulting services to internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage system upgrades and ensure that customizations are maintained through platform updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and performance of the ServiceNow instance.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for users as database applications are developed.
- Assist with integration efforts with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure complete compliance with security standards and practices.
- Offer training and support to ServiceNow users across the organization.
- Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and updates to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and/or Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, administration, and development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
