Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (COE) as one of the key resources in delivering technical, functional, and business process improvements in enterprise-wide Service Management application, which is based on the ServiceNow software suite. In this position as a Solution Architect, the incumbent will work with leadership team to drive definition and standardization of Service Management business processes across our ServiceNow assignments.
Location: India (remote)
Contract Length: 4-5 months
Hourly rate: $30/hr
Note: Open to hiring candidates on a Fulltime as well as Part-time basis.
Technical Skills:
The incumbent should have an overall experience of 10+ years in engineering & development role with 8 years specific to Architecture level and the recent few years specific to ServiceNow software suite, in the below technical areas:
- Strong Knowledge in development and implementation of as a service and cloud platforms and products. Experience of Development of Customized SaaS Platforms
- Previous experience implementing and configuring the ServiceNow software suite in one or more of the following modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Asset Management, Release Management, Asset Management, IT Cost Management
- ServiceNow Administrator-level training and / or equivalent hands-on experience
- In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow Data Model High-level understanding of the ServiceNow integration (with other systems / applications) architecture, in particular API's
- Capable of managing own workload as well as planning / directing the activities of others. Includes work planning, creation of status reports, managing project financials, etc.
- Experience working with a diverse functional and technical team on multiple concurrent streams / tracks of work.
- Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business community and translate them into functional and technical requirements which can be estimated for complexity and then queued for implementation.
- Has experience functioning as a Solution Architect role in multiple ServiceNow implementations
- Ability to build & present solutions & proposals to global clients, especially C- Level Executives.
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Qualification:
- A Masters or bachelor's degree in engineering with specialization in Computer Science /Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication is essential for this role.
