Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant at Kaptius - We Make WorkFlow. The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions to clients. This role is located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Technical Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse business requirements, design and implement ServiceNow solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. They will also assist in training and mentoring junior consultants.

Primary Skills: 4 x ServiceNow Mainline CIS Certifications, ITIL foundation, Agile Scrum practices

Experience required (Must Haves):

• Experienced in the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM & ITOM solutions using industry best practices
• Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow Scripting like Business Rules, Script includes, Workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Actions
• Extensive Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
• Good understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Good experience in Service Portal/Employee Service Center and widget creation
• Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integrations, Scripted REST and SOAP API creation
• Knowledge of Authentication via Token, Oauth 2.0, Certificates and MID Servers
• Experience in custom applications development
• Experience in LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation
• Experience in Orchestrations Development
• Good understanding of all ServiceNow Development Building Blocks
• Good understanding of ITIL concepts
• Certifications Mandated: CSA, CAD, CIS - ITSM, CSM

Secondary Skills:

• Worked on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM & SAM
• Worked on ServiceNow integrations with Azure, JIRA, Intune, MS Teams, JAMF
• Experience in working on Performance Analytics
• Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
• Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred
• Good programming knowledge in Javascript or any other programming languages (Python/Java etc)
• Certifications (Good to have): CIS - ITOM Discovery, Event Management, HAM, SAM, HRSD
• ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
