Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a ServiceNow Developer located in Chennai and Hyderabad. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, ensuring the system is efficiently integrated and meets the needs of the business. You will work closely with our experienced development team, contributing to the overall success of our ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in application development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and architect automation workflows for all the alerts coming in from SIEM Tools.
• Hands-on experience in SecOps Integrations.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes such as Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Standard ServiceNow integrations with ServiceNow SecOps products (VR, SIR, and Qualys).

Skills Required

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification is mandatory.
• Any one CIS Certification apart from SecOps Certification is mandatory.
