What You'll Do:
As our ServiceNow Pre-sales Lead, you'll be the expert who bridges our technology solutions with our clients business needs. Your role will involve:
- Understanding our clients digital transformation needs and positioning ServiceNow solutions that align perfectly.
- Presenting our service capabilities and crafting contextual solutions and roadmaps tailored to our clients business goals.
- Leveraging your ServiceNow expertise to solve business problems, support customers throughout the sales process, and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and proactive engagements.
- Engaging strategically throughout the sales cycle, especially in articulating the value of platform-led transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and solution activities, including solution design and project planning.
- Develop customer roadmaps and provide advisory on adoption strategies.
- Create solutions to address business challenges using proven methods and tools, validating solutions with cross-technology subject matter experts as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with geographically diverse teams (including offshore teams) to deliver timely responses to clients and client account teams.
- Assist presales leads in articulating solutions to client audiences.
- Provide inputs for product demos and proof of concepts as required.
- Communicate the impact of engagements on risks, business objectives, and quality goals to guide the work of others.
- Ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to the delivery phase.
- Develop and share reusable assets that can be applied to new opportunities.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow presales.
- Expertise in ITxM, CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery.
- Exposure to HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM, OTM, and other industry-specific solutions.
- Experience in business case preparation, value realization, and articulation.
- Technical knowledge in ServiceNow platform, workflows, and integrations, with implementation experience.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow Managed Service Provider (MSP) model.
- ServiceNow certifications (Required: CAD/CIS; Preferred: CSA/CMA).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Ability to proactively engage with customers and understand their business imperatives.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills for effective communication with business stakeholders.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
