Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and custom API integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Design and integrate custom APIs to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in ITSM processes and ServiceNow development.
- Experience with custom API integration in ServiceNow.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
