We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Lead Developer with DevSecOps experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices, with a particular focus on Service Catalogs, Integrations, and Virtual Agent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions to support our ITSM goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development of solutions focused on Service Catalog, Integrations, and Virtual Agent modules.
- Design and implement scalable service catalogs and automate workflows for new offerings.
- Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
- Configure Virtual Agent solutions to enhance self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize to ensure platform scalability and performance.
- Align with industry standards and maintain documentation for all development work.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
- Proven experience in organizational change management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
- Certification in ServiceNow or related technologies.
