Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Lead Consultant/Team Lead with a minimum of 6 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.As a lead consultant, you will be responsible for guiding the team, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development Efforts: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, particularly focusing on moving orchestration from Workflow to Flow Designer.
- Orchestration Migration: Provide expertise in migrating existing orchestrations from traditional Workflow to Flow Designer, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal impact on existing processes.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that development milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform releases and emerging best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow development.
- Proven experience migrating orchestration from Workflow to Flow Designer in a hands-on capacity.
- Good communication and experience in multi stakeholder environments.
- Proven experience leading teams, managing project deliverables, and working in a client-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
