Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM/CSM Developer to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, along with a strong background in custom application development. As a developer, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities to meet business requirements and optimize service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, and Case Management.
- Design and implement custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow platform capabilities (Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP APIs).
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform configurations and workflows to improve performance and user experience.
- Ensure data integrity within ITSM/CSM modules through effective design, regular testing, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication and data transformation.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members and support the ServiceNow platform as an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and procedures for development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically with ITSM and CSM modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom integrations.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP API development and integration practices.
