Job Description: ServiceNow ITOM Solution Designer
Looking for 10+Years of experience
Experience and Skills Required:
- ServiceNow ITOM Expertise: Demonstrated experience in solution design within the ServiceNow ITOM space, with a strong focus on Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Event Management Expertise: Solid understanding of event analysis and in-depth knowledge of the Event Management module in ServiceNow.
- CMDB Knowledge: Proficiency in using the CMDB Query Builder and a deep understanding of Service Impact Analysis concepts.
- Service Management Processes: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with key Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Telecommunication Industry Experience: Background in the Telecommunications industry, particularly within the OSS (Operations Support Systems) domain. Experience in BSS (Business Support Systems) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Industry Models: Familiarity with TNI (Telecom Network Inventory) Model and OMT
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- AIOps Implementations: Prior experience in AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) implementations is desirable but not essential.
- Leadership Role: Act as a technical lead or architect, providing strategic guidance and oversight to a team of developers and engineers.
