Looking for ServiceNow Implementation Expertise.
At least 4+ years of work experience, preferably in the service management domain; Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, REST, SOAP, Glide Record, Glide AJAX;; Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Suit implementation and Service Catalog development and Integrations using REST must have strong spoken and written English; Excellent cooperation qualities
- Understanding of ServiceNow, mid-server configuration, web services, email intergration (in-bound and outbound) and other relevant technologies
- Ability to understand business functionality and requirements, work on the requirements independently
- Experience in working on requirements around the Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
- Write ServiceNow client, server scripts, REST integrations, and scoped applications that adhere to standards, procedures, and techniques.
- Maintain integrity of existing program logic according to specifications.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and perform root-cause analysis for production issues and system failures. Determine corrective action and improvements to prevent recurrence. Provide implementation/production support, as required.
- Generic Support Functionalities like Profile Creation, Group Creation, Basic Troubleshooting for ITSM Processes
- ServiceNow platform management including but not limited to; Service Account/Credential Management, Mid-Server Management
- User Profile Management, Integration Management, Instance cloning and upgrade activities and Environment Management
