Job Title : ServiceNow ITAM (SAM/HAM)
Experience : 4-12 Years
Location : Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Job Description :
  • Broad IT relevant experience working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
  • Experience in configuring ServiceNow which involves various modules like ITAM (SAM and HAM PRO )
  • Knowledge and work experience on ServiceNow - end user/administrator perspective,
  • Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools
  • Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS,
  • Working knowledge of relational databases
  • Taking part in ServiceNow testing, administration and development activities as well as trouble shooting
  • Very good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
  • Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation
Primary Skills :
  • ServiceNow ITAM (SAM & HAM Pro)
  • ServiceNow - end user/administrator
  • Scripting experience - JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS
Secondary Skills :
  • Knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tool.
