Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join our team in multiple locations across India, including Chennai, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. As a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ITSM solutions to enhance our service management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve ITSM processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ITSM processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow ITSM applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other IT teams to deliver high-quality ITSM solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all ITSM solutions comply with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with web technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST APIs.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).
