• Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist to join our Centre of Excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, ServiceNow HRSD configurations, and business analyst skills.

• Responsibilities:

Lead customer process workshops to gather and understand HR requirements.

• Prepare and deliver customer demos to showcase ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.

Lead the requirements gathering process and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to improve HR service delivery.

Develop HR workflows, case management, and knowledge management within HRSD.

• Manage end-to-end deployments, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.

Provide training, support, and documentation for HRSD solutions.

• Ensure alignment with HR policies and compliance standards.

• Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD certification.

Strong business analyst skills, including workshop facilitation and requirements management.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Must have experience:

• Candidate should have end to end Implementation experience in HRSD.
  

• Minimum 5 to 7 Implementation project experience.
  

• CSA Certified System Administrator
  

• CIS - Implementation Certification HRSD
  

• We need a candidate who can handle end to end offering tower for HRSD from due-diligence workshops till Go live. All milestones.
  

• Basically, we are looking for Tower Leads. Not ServiceNow developers. Consulting Resources with strong technical skills.
