Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Field Service Management (FSM) Specialist with expertise in managing work orders, scheduling, and dispatching through FSM applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in configuring field agent activities and optimizing field service processes.
Primary Skills
- Work Order Management: Proven experience with FSM applications, focusing on work order management.
- Scheduling and Dispatch: Expertise in optimizing scheduling, dispatch, and inventory operations.
- Field Agent Configuration: Experience configuring field agent activities for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Business Process Configuration: Ability to configure field service business processes, assignments, and add-ons.
- Integrations: Knowledge of integrating FSM applications with other applications and data sources.
- Field Service Best Practices: Strong understanding of field service industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize work order management, scheduling, and dispatch processes using FSM applications.
- Configure field agent activities to enhance productivity and efficiency on mobile and desktop platforms.
- Design and implement field service business processes, including assignments and add-ons.
