ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration
- Lead and support the implement, configuration and customization of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders/customers to understand business requirements and design effective solutions tailored to client needs.
- Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Design and build workflows, business rules, and automation processes using ServiceNow tools and scripting.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide subject matter expertise and best practices for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps modules.
- Customize ServiceNow solutions to improve process automation, visibility, and efficiency across departments.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems such as monitoring tools, third-party applications, and internal infrastructure using REST, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
- Consultation and Support:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow's ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps solutions, advising clients on best practices, product features, and configuration options.
- Guide clients in optimizing their ServiceNow instances to support business objectives, improving user experiences, and driving efficiency.
- Provide expert-level consultation on ServiceNow platform functionality, product capabilities, and strategic implementation approaches for complex business requirements.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and meetings to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide support post-implementation, including identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills
- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SecOps modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and Service Portal development.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps) is preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
