Experience

Expert in Service Now development, administration and configuration, and development.

Business rules - Client scripts - UI policies - Data policies ACLs - UI actions - Script includes -

Transform -maps Workflows - Form and list configuration with multiple views - Database

views, Inbound Actions.

Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web

Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs.

Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Base

is an added advantage.

Responsible for the gathering technical specification and implementation of the Service Now

integration with 3rd party tools/systems.

Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, HTML.

Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software design and architecture

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

Review and debug code

Perform validation and verification testing

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products

Document development phases and monitor systems

Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies
