Note: The Mode of interview will be Face-2-Face in Mumbai Location.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Development and Customization:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom applications and integrations within the platform using JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS.
- Maintenance and Support:
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patch updates, and manage system configurations.
- Process Automation and Workflows:
- Automate business processes by developing custom workflows, creating business rules, client scripts, and other system scripts.
- Integration:
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to ensure smooth system operations.
Required Skills:- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- In-depth understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and integrations.
- Experience with scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Glide Record, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Service Portal development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification.
- Experience with ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), CMDB, or SecOps is a plus.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
