Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Analyze requirements and configure ServiceNow enhancements as per requirements
- Design and develop unit test cases
- Implement ServiceNow Integration with third party tools as per requirements Design and develop unit test cases
- Create update sets for deployment
- Develop, review and deliver all the documentation that has to be delivered as part of the program
- Provide support in resolving issues raised by the QA (SIT and UAT) teams
