Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore

Experience: 4+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

Implement ServiceNow best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines.

Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, integrations, and reports.

Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Provide technical support and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications for end-users.

Stay updated with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development methodologies.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

Knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques using REST API, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) modules is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
