ServiceNow Platform Knowledge

ServiceNow Studio

ServiceNow Modules: Knowledge of ServiceNow modules namely ITSM Incident Management

Technical Knowledge

JavaScript - Client-side (UI actions), Server-side (business rules, Script Includes, Scripted REST APIs) (Mandatory)

HTML/CSS

Jelly experience is preferred

REST API and Webhooks

Glide API

Transform Maps and Data Import

Authentication mechanisms - OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and API Key and able to configure in ServiceNow and other

ServiceNow Debugging Tools

Versioning and Publishing ServiceNow Application
