Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions in ServiceNow.
- Implement and customize ServiceNow HR service delivery applications (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge, etc.).
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Design and implement workflows, user interfaces, and business rules in ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow HRSD modules.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center).
- Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development (scripting, business rules, UI pages).
