Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years of comprehensive experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to streamline business processes and enhance overall IT service management.
Location: Pune, Nagpur
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems, applications, and third-party tools.
- Develop and implement automation solutions within ServiceNow to optimize IT service management processes.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions, configurations, and customizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, development, and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
