We seek a skilled ServiceNow Engineer with extensive experience designing, developing, and administering ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in any of the Module Like ITSM,GRC,HRSD,SPM,CSM, with a proven track record of customizing and optimizing ServiceNow to meet business needs.
Location: Bangalore,Pune and Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop ServiceNow solutions, focusing on the ITSM module and process design.
- Provide an in-depth understanding of the ServiceNow enterprise product suite and implement integrations with key technologies.
- Translate business concepts into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop and enhance web portals utilizing HTML, CSS, Angular JS, and Bootstrap.
- Implement and maintain core ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB.
Primary Skills:
- ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: Proficient in ITSM with hands-on experience in process design, and holding a CSA or CAD certification.
- ServiceNow Migration/Integration: Demonstrated experience with migration and integration in ServiceNow environments.
- Scripting and Development: Skilled in JavaScript, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts, with the ability to create custom solutions for business needs.
