Custom app development experience
Lifecycle events and integration
HRSD experience preferer
Required ServiceNow Mainline Certification or Suite Certification
Prefer ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS - HR)
Prefer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Prefer Service Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with HR operations and processes
Knowledge of ITIL Foundation level preferred
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Glide Records
