ServiceNow Developer - Custom Application

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow custom applications and solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand application needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and UI components to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, web services, and scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow custom applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, features, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and technologies, including ServiceNow Studio, Scripting APIs, and integration methods.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
