Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business teams, and external vendors.
Analyze, discuss, and estimate project requirements, continuous service improvements (CSIs), and minor enhancements.
Develop sustainable solutions for the ServiceNow ITSM module using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Provide technical support for issues, bugs, and service requests.
Follow change control procedures for production deployments.
Perform system cloning and instance maintenance for ServiceNow.
Assist in testing efforts related to ServiceNow platform upgrades.
Stay updated on ServiceNow usage and changes due to platform upgrades.
Mandatory
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development.
6-8 years of overall IT experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with the ITSM suite, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
Strong experience designing catalog items and developing complex workflows.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Access Control Lists).
Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub.
Proven experience in providing functional and technical support, liaising with ServiceNow Support (HI).
Strong testing skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Desirable
Experience building and maintaining custom applications in ServiceNow.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology for project delivery.
Ability to document technical specifications as user stories and tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Ability to cross-train team members and share knowledge.
Willingness to learn new technologies and ServiceNow modules.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
