Senior ServiceNow Developer:
- Understanding and experience of ITSM module, mainly with INCIDENT, problem, change management with the service catalog, UI policy, business rules, client scripts, server script, business rules, flow designer
- End to end experience in ITIL framework setup and delivery in consultation with Process of update sets deployment.
- Experience in coding HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript.
- Create Email notifications and schedule jobs in Service Now.
- Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
