ServiceNow Consultant

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years working, designing, developing, monitoring, deploying RPA with automation engine and analyzing potential candidates for automation using RPA
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• 7+ years of progressive experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow application capabilities, configuration options, and add-on modules.
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow modules
• Expert-level programming and scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell, HTML, CSS).
• In-depth expertise related to ServiceNow development (ServiceNow API, scripted web services, AJAX, business rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, SSO-SAML)
• Expertise in extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
• Able to navigate cloud-based technology systems
• Great attention to detail
• Able to complete assignments with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations while ensuring the overall quality of delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop the technical solutions, implement them, and perform the component integration testing
• Customize ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro, and CMS
• Develop the technical specifications and implement the ServiceNow third-party integrations
• Perform core configuration tasks, including system policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Develop and manage application code, user interface, and integration components
• Manage data with Tables, Import Sets, and Update Sets
• Create and manage scripts and workflows
• Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow tool
• Provide expertise for all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow
• Prepare and provide ad-hoc reporting, as required
• Resolve incidents and conduct a proper root cause investigation
