ServiceNow Consultant
What you'll be working on
- Assisting sales team in product demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Configuring ServiceNow instances to showcase features and functionality
- Developing custom workflows, applications and integrations
Responsibilities
- Attending pre-sales meetings and demos to understand customer requirements
- Configuring ServiceNow test instances to demonstrate solutions
- Preparing presentation materials, prototypes and documentation
- Training other team members
- Providing post-sales support to customers implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow & other ITSM/ITBM platforms
- Hands-on experience developing applications and workflows on ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Knowledge of configuration management, scripting and DevOps practices
