We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Trainer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis to train and upskill our employees and clients on the ServiceNow platform.
Role Overview:
As a ServiceNow Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring participants gain hands-on knowledge and practical experience. You will create learning materials, conduct live virtual training sessions, and provide support to trainees to help them effectively use ServiceNow's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized ServiceNow training programs based on organizational needs.
- Conduct live, virtual training sessions to employees and clients, focusing on both foundational and advanced ServiceNow modules.
- Develop training materials including presentations, guides, and practical exercises.
- Provide hands-on workshops and labs to enhance practical skills with the ServiceNow platform.
- Assess participants performance and provide feedback to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices.
- Offer post-training support and address any queries or challenges faced by participants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training sessions to specific projects and business use cases.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or Consultant with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others.
- Experience with creating and delivering training programs in a virtual environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for trainees.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- ServiceNow certification(s) (such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet training deadlines.
