Job Description: ServiceNow Architect with Sales Experience
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, coupled with a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and sales expertise to drive business growth and ensure successful ServiceNow implementations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Implementation
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs.
Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
Sales & Business Development
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and present ServiceNow solutions to prospective clients, showcasing technical capabilities and business benefits.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the sales and implementation process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client reviews and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
Project Management
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations.
Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, capabilities, and industry trends.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical and sales skills.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or pre-sales roles within the IT industry.
Technical Skills
Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML).
Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
Sales Skills
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
